Top Five Haunted Places to Visit In California

Hi everyone! 안녕하세요!

Today is a new day in history! Starting from the president of the United States is now Trump… dear god help us. Korean Pop is making it’s way around the world, Hillary gave up, what a uneventful year let me say!

Anyways, I’m going to talk about the top five haunted places to go to! It is one of my favorite places to visit, so if you guys like to hike or go to places you might have been before tune in! I will include address’s, pictures and my own experiences there! Enjoy!

  1.  Museum Of Death:

Located: Museum of Death, 6031 Hollywood Boulevard, Hollywood, CA 90028

Now I went to the Museum of Death back in January. At first I was very spooked out, because who wants to go to a Museum of Death?! Well, my friends had convinced me to go because they really wanted to see what was inside. Now warning, if you don’t like gore, then don’t go. Inside they have very graphic photos of dead bodies, serial killers, celebrities. They even have brains, dead baby’s, dead animals inside! I know, I know it sounds crazy, but it wasn’t that bad as it seemed! If you turn away from the gore, then you will be fine. I’m very screamish with gore, but If you look away you can be fine! So anyone who loves to know about death or is interested in dead celebrities or even serial killers, go see it!

Price: 15 dollars.

2. The abandoned Grifith Park Zoo

Located: Griffith Park, 4730 Crystal Springs Dr, Los Angeles, CA 90027

I went to this a year ago, right before Halloween. To say the least, I am never going back! When my friends and I arrived there I immediately felt A off vibe! I felt like I was being watched the whole time I was there, I kept looking behind me and was very paranoid. To say the least I had a reason to be scared! I heard whispers around me, and felt cold. My friends and I went inside abandoned building and had graffiti all over! We saw a couple of kids doing graffiti, which we ignored and continued to walk. As we were making our way back down we heard footsteps run down too! It was those two kids that had graffiti and low and behold! Cops were chasing after them! I wanted to get the hell out of there cause I knew something bad was going to happen! And I was right! But if you have the guts and are energized because it is a hike then fill free to go.

3.  The Cecil Hotel

Located: Stay on Main Hotel, 640 South Main Street, Los Angeles, CA 90014

Now this place gave me the chills. The backstory of The Cecil is that a girl named Elise had disapeered and was last seen in this hotel! She had a room and everything, but she was a missing person. People suspected that she went back to Canada (home country), but some say that she got kidnapped. Shortly after residents in the hotel started to complain that the water was coming out black and tasted foul. The hotel thought it was just rusty pipes so they just told them not to drink from the water, soon after people begged for them to check the water because they were disgusted. When the staff went to go check the water tank, which needed a lot of staff to lift the lid, they were shocked and appalled when they saw the body of Elise! She was dead, and naked. Police shortly came and removed the body and questioned the residents and the staff. There is no way she got get the lid open by herself because it was to heavy, plus she needed a key.

A little while later, a video was released that showed Elise standing in the Elevator talking to someone or something, she was by herself. We see her kinda jumpy and looks like she is playing a game. If you want to take a look here it is!

Elise Lam Elevator
I saw the video and was super creeped out. So when I visited The Cecil, which they changed their name to The Stay In Hotel after the scandal, I found out about the history, two serial killers were staying there in the past and murdering prostitues in their room, Elizabeth Short (The Black Dahlia) was last seen at the Cecil. No wonder it was on my list! Go if you dare!

4.  The Queen Mary

Location: 1126 Queens Hwy

Long Beach, CA 90802

United States

I went here about three times in a row, one for fun. One for Halloween, and one for winter. Though it isn’t that scary, it is still spooky about what happened on the boat. There has been at least 7 deaths on this boat! Also it is the sister boat of The Titanic. If that doesn’t freak you out, then I don’t know what will. But it’s a beautiful site, and is super historical. It even has princess Diana’s dress there! Very fun to take pictures!

4. The Roosevelt Hotel

Location: The Hollywood Roosevelt, 7000 Hollywood Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90028

We all knew this was coming! The Roosevelt has to be one of the scariest areas to be at. I heard so many stories about ghost haunting the place, seeing Marylin Monroe in the mirror, hearing knocks on the door, feeling cold in warm places, getting tugged, seeing shadows. It screams that this place is super haunted. My stepdad had stayed there once with his friends and he said never again will he stay there because it was the scariest place he has been to! He didn’t even stay the whole night! He left in the middle of the night cause it was to scary! Now my stepdad isn’t a scaredy  cat, he is pretty tough. So I believe it when he tells me that it was super scary!

5. Tunnel in San Diego

Location: hidden (don’t want to give out this address, need to find it yourself lol, but it’s on google lol)

Last but not least! We have a Haunted Tunnel in San Diego! I have personally never been here, but I have friends in San  Diego that tell me that this is the scariest place, it’s quite a hike to get there but it is worth it! The story is that a girl was waking on the street and got hit by a drunk driver and died on impact, now it says that the girl haunts the tunnel that was near the street she had died. People reported of hearing a girl cry or hearing a girl scream and some car running on gas! I have a video you should check out about this tunnel!

This place would give me the creeps and I would personally be very weary to go there!
